Durasius s. r. o. acts as a controller for personal data we collect for our own business purposes, such as website visits, account administration, billing, support, security, and communications. Where we process personal data on behalf of a business customer through the Service, such as caller, lead, customer, or authorised-user data configured by that customer, we may act as a processor/service provider and the customer remains responsible for determining the purposes and legal basis for that processing.

1. Who this Policy applies to

This Policy applies to:

  • Business customers who sign up for, or are onboarded into, NoSlipLeads (for example, home‑service or trade companies).
  • Authorised users of those businesses (for example, staff members who receive SMS alerts or access dashboards).
  • Individuals whose personal data is processed through the Service, such as callers, leads, customers, or prospective customers of our business customers.
  • Visitors to noslipleads.com who view our website, contact us, or otherwise interact with us.

NoSlipLeads is a B2B service and is not intended for individual consumers or children.

2. Personal data we collect

The data we collect depends on how you interact with us, but may include:

  • Logs of incoming calls and leads (caller number, timestamps, call status, and basic metadata).
  • Lead notes, lead status, assigned users, follow-up history, and related lead-management information entered into the Service.
  • SMS message content and metadata (message body, sender and recipient numbers, timestamps, delivery status, and routing information).
  • Activity logs within the Service (e.g., actions taken on leads, changes to settings).

2.3 Website and device data

  • IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system.
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and interactions with our website.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (described in Section 7).

2.4 Support communications

  • Content of emails and other messages you send to us.
  • Notes related to your requests and our responses.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health or political data). Customers must not submit special categories of personal data, sensitive personal data, payment card data, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information into the Service unless they have a valid legal basis and our prior written agreement.

3. How we collect data

We collect personal data:

  • Directly from you when you create an account, configure the Service, provide phone numbers for alerts, or contact us.
  • Automatically when you use the Service (for example, through logs, cookies, and similar technologies).
  • From third parties such as telecom carriers and SMS delivery providers (for example, delivery reports and routing information).
  • From publicly available sources or business databases, where appropriate, to verify your business details for compliance with telecom and A2P 10DLC requirements.

4. How we use personal data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

4.1 Providing and operating the Service

  • Setting up and managing your NoSlipLeads account.
  • Detecting missed calls and leads and delivering alerts to authorised recipients.
  • Sending SMS notifications about missed calls, lead replies, open leads, and performance summaries.
  • Providing dashboards, reports, and related features.

4.2 Customer support and communication

  • Responding to your questions and support requests.
  • Sending important service messages, such as updates, incidents, security alerts, and changes to this Policy or our Terms.

4.3 Improvement, analytics, and security

  • Monitoring usage to maintain and improve reliability, speed, and usability.
  • Debugging and troubleshooting issues.
  • Detecting, preventing, and responding to abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
  • Developing and testing new features and improvements.

4.4 Legal and regulatory compliance

  • Complying with telecom, A2P 10DLC, and other regulatory requirements, including record‑keeping regarding consent and opt‑out.
  • Enforcing our Terms & Conditions and protecting our rights or the rights of others.
  • Responding to lawful requests from public authorities, where required.

4.5 Processing personal data according to our business customers’ instructions and configuration of the Service

5. Legal bases for processing (where applicable)

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract: processing necessary to provide the Service to you or your organisation.
  • Legitimate interests: processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving the Service, securing systems, and preventing misuse, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: where you choose to enable SMS alerts to your own phone or where we rely on your explicit consent for a particular purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligations: processing necessary to comply with our legal duties (for example, record‑keeping and responding to lawful requests).

Where we process personal data on behalf of a business customer, the customer is responsible for identifying and maintaining the appropriate legal basis for its collection and use of that data, including any required notices and consents.

6. SMS communications

As part of NoSlipLeads, we provide SMS alerts to business customers and their authorised users.

6.1 Types of SMS messages

SMS messages may include:

  • Missed‑call and new‑lead alerts.
  • Lead reply notifications and reminders.
  • Open‑lead lists and periodic summaries (e.g., monthly recaps).
  • Setup confirmations and operational/account‑related notices.

These SMS messages are operational and support‑focused, not marketing or promotional.

6.2 Data processed for SMS

When you enable SMS alerts, we process:

  • the mobile numbers you provide,
  • SMS message content sent to or from those numbers,
  • message metadata such as timestamps, routing, and delivery status.

We use this data to deliver and troubleshoot SMS alerts, improve performance, and comply with carrier and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell, share, or transfer mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, SMS data, or SMS consent records to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6.3 SMS opt-in and consent

We send SMS messages only to numbers where SMS alerts have been enabled and appropriate consent has been provided. Consent may be provided through our website sign-up form, onboarding process, account settings, written agreement, or other clear opt-in method.

When a mobile number is submitted for SMS alerts, the person submitting the number confirms that they are the usual user and/or owner of that number, or that they have obtained valid consent from the user of that number to receive operational SMS messages from NoSlipLeads.

We may keep records of SMS opt-in, consent, preferences, STOP requests, HELP requests, delivery status, and related metadata as needed to operate the Service, comply with telecom and carrier requirements, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and demonstrate compliance.

6.4 Opt‑out (STOP) and HELP

Recipients can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After a STOP request, we (and our providers) may send a final confirmation message and then will not send further SMS messages to that number from the relevant program, unless the recipient re‑enrolls.

Recipients can reply HELP to receive a message with basic information about the program and how to contact us, including how to manage SMS preferences.

6.5 Carriers, providers, and vendors

Carriers, messaging providers, and compliance vendors may receive SMS content, recipient numbers, sender numbers, routing data, and delivery data as necessary to deliver messages, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable rules.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies on noslipleads.com to:

  • remember your settings and preferences,
  • understand how visitors use our website,
  • improve our content and marketing.

Where required by law, we will request your consent for non‑essential cookies. You can usually manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

9. International transfers

We are based in the Slovak Republic, but our Service may use service providers located in other countries, including the United States. For example, we may use providers such as Twilio for communications/SMS delivery and Stripe for payment processing.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we take appropriate measures designed to protect that data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. These measures may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, transfer impact assessments, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

10. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including:

  • for the duration of your or your organisation’s use of the Service, and
  • for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.

Call, lead, and SMS records stored in systems controlled by Durasius s. r. o. for NoSlipLeads are generally retained while the customer account is active and for up to 24 months after termination, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, compliance, or audit purposes.

Some personal data may also be retained by our third-party service providers, such as communications providers, telecommunications carriers, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, and support tools, according to their own retention policies and legal obligations. For example, communications and payment providers may retain certain records as needed to provide their services, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with telecom, financial, tax, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, or other legal requirements, resolve disputes, or enforce their agreements.

Where a provider processes personal data on our behalf, we take reasonable steps to require appropriate contractual, technical, and organisational safeguards. However, we may not control all retention periods that apply to data retained by third-party providers, especially where they process data as independent controllers or are required to retain it by law.

We may anonymise or aggregate data so that it no longer identifies you and retain it for analytics and service improvement.

11. Business customer data and data processing

Where we process personal data on behalf of a business customer, we do so according to the customer’s instructions, our Terms, this Policy, and any applicable data processing agreement. Business customers are responsible for providing required privacy notices, obtaining required consents, and ensuring they have a lawful basis for collecting and using personal data through the Service.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups, and service-provider due diligence. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

  • the right to access the personal data we hold about you,
  • the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
  • the right to request deletion of your data in certain circumstances,
  • the right to restrict or object to certain processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected](email). We may ask you to verify your identity before responding.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. However, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve your concerns.

In Slovakia, the supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

14. Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so that we can delete it.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email, SMS, or within the Service.
